I’m a wellness advocate, talent agent, wife, and mom with a not-so-typical story and a passion for helping women feel their best.
After surviving two sudden cardiac arrests, I stopped chasing “perfect” and started showing up for myself in ways that felt grounded and good. What began as personal healing became a mission to help other women rediscover their energy, support their gut health, and reconnect with inner calm without the overwhelm.
Now, I share what’s worked for me: simple routines, clean beauty, low-tox living, and mindset shifts that support growth without the pressure to get it all “just right.”
